LAND to MARKET
Ecological Outcome Verification

Outback Lamb is proud to be part of the Land to Market program – the world’s first verified regenerative sourcing solution. This accreditation connects buyers directly with farms like ours that are improving ecosystem health through land management.
The program uses the Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV) framework, a science-based method that tracks changes in soil health, biodiversity, ground cover, and water cycles. We undergo regular assessments to verify that our farming practices are building natural capital, not depleting it.
For us, it’s not about ticking boxes. It’s about doing the right thing by our land, animals, and community. Being part of Land to Market enhances what we already believe, that family farms can be productive, resilient, and sustainable.
We are accountable. And we’re committed to leaving our land in better condition for the next generation.

What does "Verified Land 2 Market" Accreditation Mean?
For consumers, Land to Market accreditation is a signal that the food and fibre they’re buying comes from a farm that is actively improving the environment. It’s not based on intentions or plans — it’s verified outcomes measured over time.
This matters because more and more customers, both in Australia and overseas, want to know how their food is produced, where it comes from, and what impact it has on the land. Whether it's a chef sourcing lamb with provenance, a retailer chasing transparency in the supply chain, or a wool buyer meeting brand sustainability targets — trust is everything.
By holding this accreditation, Outback Lamb is recognised as part of a global movement delivering real, measurable environmental outcomes. It helps us remain competitive in high-value markets, attract values-aligned partners, and assure our customers that they’re backing genuine, responsible farming.
Put simply, it means you’re not just buying a product — you’re investing in a healthier landscape.
Land to Market (L2M) is a seal for your value-added products for consumers, wholesalers or the marketplace. To access the seal your land must be verified 'Regenerating' as part of the annual ecological monitoring our EOV program provides. This third party verification is backed up with a chain of custody and your EOV report, to prevent greenwashing. More about Land to Market.
